People ask us why we only recommend this printer for the kitchen and why our others are not suited. It's simple really - having worked in the pub trade, we've seen venues that use thermal printers in the kitchen, only for the slips to get caught in the extraction's air stream, go over the range; then be blackened by the heat, making them no use to anybody - it's for this reason we only recommend using an impact printer in the kitchen. We aim to never have to remove a piece of equipment because it's unfit for purpose, hence why we're telling you now.
