support sorting out database issues to replacing the touch
screen on one of your EPoS terminals we are equipped to
handle any such emergency. We fully understand that your
business does not work 9-5, and as a result of this, our engineers are available
in to the night.
On
site support can be purchased with your installation on
an ongoing contract, or on a single incident basis. When
purchased on an ongoing basis our engineer will call in
to carry out a check up on a bi-monthly basis to ensure your
system integrity and proactively fix any minor issues before
they become major. This service is not about fixing; it's
about supporting, and as such we will be by your side when
you need us.
